So here I am sitting at my laptop, wondering what I can contribute to this newly-created blog. Just wanna thank Theodore and Amy for starting this blog, with inputs from Christy and Sandy.

As I think back why we created the blog in the first place, I can't help but think about the SYF which happened 2 days ago.

Yes, the result may not be what we wished for, or what we even expected. But it was a good learning experience for everyone. Myself included. On one hand, we have victored as I feel what we have done on Tuesday was even better than our personal best. Personally, I felt it was the best you guys have done. But on the other hand, our personal best may not be good enough. Which in some sense is good as it challenges us to continue to strive for excellence, and not to be complacent.

So Choir, let us not look back to the past and blame ourselves for the results, but let us think ahead to how we can improve for the next SYF. Which is exactly why Mr. Dan Koh wants to meet us. As for the Sec 3E, 4E, 4NA and 5NA students, though this may be your last SYF, think also how you can contribute as alumni members of the choir. You can also come back after you graduate to help the choir out! Do give this some thought.
